Had an amazing stay during Christmas! the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for holiday shopping and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the view from our room was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the city lights at night from the comfort of our cozy beds.

The noise level was high and we were disturbed by loud music playing from other rooms at night. the cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations and we found a few hairs in the bathroom.
